Kalatop
Kalatop is a beautiful forested area Place where a person can see the wildlife sanctuary. Here, one can watch the different species of wildlife amidst their natural habitat. . A very thick and dark forest crowns the hilltop and perhaps that is why the place has derived its name as Kalatop which literally means a black cap. The spot really commands a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. One can see the hills, snow-capped mountains, the valleys, the hamlets, the greenery and the ruggedness standing from the place. The forest mainly comprises of the deodar, kail, spruce, ban trees and various bushes providing a safe habitat for wild animals. The place has already been declared a wild life sanctuary by the government. Pheasants and Monal and various other birds can be frequently seen in the place. Leopards, black bear are also found by a traveler occasionally.
Chamba
The Chaugan is the heart and hub center of all activity in Chamba.thLaxmi Narayan Temple, which is the main temple of Chamba town, was built by Sahil Verman in the 10th century A.D. The temple has been built in the Shikhara style. There are several other temples within this complex. Akhand Chandi Palace One of the largest monuments. Rang Mahal is located in Surara Mohalla. The foundation of Rang Mahal was laid by Raja Umed Sing (1748-1764). Another is the Bhuri Singh Museum at Chamba opened formally on 14-09-1908; it is named after Raja Bhuri Singh who ruled Chamba from 1904 to 1919. Church of Scotland Over the hundred years old this Church was founded by a mission of Church of Scotland.
Dalhousie
In western Himachal Pradesh, the hill station of Dalhousie is full of 'Old world' charm and holds lingering echoes of the 'Raj'. It covers an area of about 14 sq. km and is built on five hills - Kathlog, Potreyn, Tehra, Bakrota and Balun.It is name after the British Governor - General of the l9th century, Lord Dalhousie. Bharmour
Beautiful place 84 km from chamba is famous for the starting of manimahesh religious yatra. As the whole country around Bharmour is supposed to belong to lord Shiva, it is popularly spoken of as Shiva Bhumi, abode of lord Shiva. Being the home of an interesting Gaddi tribe, it is also called Gadderan.
